At Myworkcomfort, we focus on providing high-quality workwear and accessories to professionals across the UK. To keep our prices fair and our quality high, we work with international logistics partners to deliver our products directly to your doorstep.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the UK through our standard checkout.
2. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
3. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Terms
Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Because we ship directly from our international fulfilment centres, our standard delivery times are:

Maximum Delivery Time: 20 business days.
Please note that these are estimates. Factors such as customs clearance, local postal delays, or extreme weather conditions may occasionally impact delivery times.
4. Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders. The exact cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping: From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be automatically applied at checkout if the criteria are met.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 48 hours of dispatch. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier's portal.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Myworkcomfort is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for most orders to the UK, these charges are already handled or fall below the personal import threshold.
7. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Myworkcomfort is not responsible for orders that are lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at the customer's expense.
8. Damaged or Lost Items
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at info@myworkcomfort.com.
