At Myworkcomfort, we strive to provide high-quality products that help you work more comfortably. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
We accept requests for the exchange or refund of unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process

Contact Us: Before returning any items, please email our Customer Service team at info@myworkcomfort.com. State your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Receive Instructions: Our team will reply within 1-2 business days with further instructions. Please do not send items back without approval, as this may delay your request.

Prepare the Package: Once approved, securely package the item(s) in their original packaging.

Shipment: Drop off your package at a local post office or with a courier of your choice.

Refund Processing: Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your package. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.
Note: It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
Return Conditions

Order Status: Orders that have already been dispatched or are currently in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded until they have been delivered.

Shipping Costs: If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., changed your mind), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error, Myworkcomfort will cover the return costs.

Item Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

Personal Hygiene: For items worn close to the body, please ensure you try them on over your own clothing first.

Accuracy: Please double-check your return package. We are only responsible for items originally purchased from Myworkcomfort.

Size Exchanges: If a product does not fit due to an incorrect size selection, this is not considered a quality issue. We offer a free size exchange service, but the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the original item.

Incorrect Information: The customer is responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Damaged Goods: If your product arrives with quality issues, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement free of charge after verification.

Reporting Period: Any discrepancies in quantity or visible damage to the product must be reported to us within 2 weeks of receipt.

The original shipping fees and any shipping guarantees are non-refundable.

We do not offer "Freight To Collect" (FTC) services; all returns must be prepaid by the sender unless otherwise agreed.
Return Address
To ensure your return is processed efficiently, please do not send items directly to the manufacturer's address on the package. Please contact us at info@myworkcomfort.com first. We will provide you with the correct return instructions and the appropriate address for our system. Returns sent without prior contact may not be effectively processed.
